How do you ship?

We currently offer one shipping speed within the UK Mainland only. This option costs £15 and is a Next Day delivery service provided by APC Dash Express which takes 1-2 working days to arrive from the time you place your order. As a heads up, we automatically waive that fee for all orders over £50 and the carrier (FedEx or APC Dash Express) is determined by the final destination.

Additionally, we offer FREE weekly delivery service across Cornwall by areas with a minimum order of £20.

Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days and that only expedited orders placed before 12:30 pm BT on a business day will ship that same day. For example, an order placed with 1-business day shipping on Thursday at 2 pm BT will ship out the next day, Friday, and arrive the following Monday.

As you are aware, given the nature of the Product, we only provide our UK Next Day Delivery service to you. PLEASE NOTE: There will only be one delivery attempt and the only in flight options available will be Deliver to Neighbour and Leave in a Safe Place.
